ABOUT ME
My Journey
I’ve been on my own personal healing journey since 2016 when I got clean from opiates and benzodiazepines. I’ve been to depths of my own darkness and believe this is a powerful strength in my ability to hold space for others as they navigate their own journey. I am dedicated to my path of self growth and an an eternal student of life. Some of my biggest passions are Woman’s Wellness- particularly Cycle Aligned Living and Sacred Sisterhood, Plant Medicines, Death Doula-ing, Community Connection, Authentic relating and Conscious/Sustainable Living. I live in an intentional community in Southern NH. It is an honor for me to hold space for those also on a spiritual path.
